Superb copperplate view/plan/project(fortifications) of Nice from "Theatrum Sabaudiae" by Bleau.After Bleau's 1661 publication of Italian cities the Duke of Savoy invited Bleau J and sons to create a work of the cities etc in Savoy.The quality of work is exceptional and now it is almost impossible to find original prints from this book.The engraving is in very good condition with the exception of an extra fold ,with ships cartouches etc.
