Rare large map of Australia and New Zealand from the first edition of Garnier"s folio atlas. Wonderful original colour.

Interesting detail of the development of towns etc in Australia and New Zealand..The mapping of New Guinea not complete and parts of coastline left open.Decorative little title cartouche with globe.

There were later 1880 editions of this map but this early edition is rare and in near mint condition with excellent colour. Highly recommended.
