Very Rare 19th century lithograph with original hand colour. It appears to have been to come from "Famiglie celebri italiane" (Milan, 1819-53): the history of the celebrated families of Italy. The work was published in installments, each dedicated to a family by Count Pomponio Litta.

Heraldic devices of Nizza, Villafranca, Sospello & Tenda. Nice Monaco Mento Tende Sospel etc marked.Roads Countours of Hills Mountains, Rivers ..Finely engraved with much detail.

I can only find examples of maps from this publication in Bibliotheque National De France and Princeton Libraries.

Cropped at the bottom and 2 tiny holes

Otherwise good example of this very rare document.
